New flat.

I went with my parents to select my new flat today, as my current block recently falls under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (e-SERS). Due to the fact that we were first timers, my family assumes that the first come first serve rule still stands, and ended up waiting for 3 hrs for our turn.

My new flat will be located on the current premises of my primary school, which was torn down ages ago. it will be located along the main road of Commonwealth MRT station (yes, that new block of flats that you see), and I will be staying on the 9th floor.

The keys to the flat will be coming in the coming months.

And guess who’s gonna be the interior designer for the flat? It will be yours truly, the soon-to-be architect/interior designer/sugarcane cum lime juice seller at chomp chomp.
